 Marek P. Kubesa

Mr. Kubesa has more than 10 years of experience in airport and aviation
design, planning, construction, observation and surveying and
possesses an extensive knowledge of airport procedures,
facilities and FAA requirements. Along with the design, Mr.
Kubesa has provided engineering support during construction,
construction management/oversight and client support for
many of the projects. His construction experience includes
taxiway extensions, pavement rehabilitations, new corporate
hangar aprons, parking lots, a self-fueling facility and numerous
storm drains, waterline and sanitary sewer projects. Mr.
Kubesa’s planning experience includes numerous airport layout
plans and master plans.
Mr. Kubesa has utilized his skills in rendering and geometric design
to develop innovative personal rapid transit (PRT) guideway and
station layouts. He has constructed full-scale PRT test tracks and
run PRT simulation software.

- Garfield County Regional Airport, Rifle, Colorado. Airport Master Plan update to meet criteria for large business jets.
Apron expansion and T-Hangar taxilane and airfield pavement rehabilitation, road relocation, safety area construction.
- Mr. Kubesa has completed ten Airport Layout Plans or Airport Master Plan Updates at airports
of various sizes in the West and Midwest.
- Cheyenne County Municipal Airport, St. Francis, Kansas. Airport Master Plan Study and apron expansion design construction.
- Sydney Municipal Airport, Sydney, Nebraska. Parallel taxiway design, including pavement, lighting and storm drain.
